The Hungarian Alliance of Associations of Hungarian Dog Breeders is organizing, for the umpteenth time, one of the most significant International Dog Show of Hungary in the Komárom Fortress on 10-11-12th June, 2019.
Traditionally, we are trying to make the event even more exciting with side-events of various club speciality shows and with offering versatile public programs.
Just like earlier, this time again we shall provide rental spaces for companies selling dog and pet products and equipment, as well as for companies pursuing trade activities including food services (eg. baked goods) but excluding chop house, street kitchen/ street food. Our fee is
30 EUR + VAT / m2 / 3 days
The minimum depth of all and any rental spaces is 3 meters, the minimum rental area is 6 m2 (3 meters depth x 2 meters wide), which costs
180 EUR + VAT / 3 days
We cannot provide smaller rental aeas.
Please note the Hungarian legislation does not permit us to issue a VAT-free invoice for those having an EU taxnumber!
Electricity can be supplied upon paying the following costs:
3,6 kW 230V 50 EUR + VAT / 3 days
10 kW 400 V 150 EUR + VAT / 3 days

In case you wish to put up your stand, we kindly ask you to submit the order form (duly filled in and signed ) by e-mailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org

Deadline of fullfilment of both conditions is 5th May, 2019.
In case you happen to fail to pay prior the deadline, extra charge of 10% will be charged in cash payment on the spot.
Rental spaces can be taken over upon presenting the payment proof or having paid the necessary amount in cash.

Rental areas will be allocated based on the sizes of the required areas and on a first come first served basis.
Further, no branch of business can be granted exclusivity.
BUILDING UP and DISMANTLING
You are required to register on the morning of Sunday, 9th June, 2019, when we can hand over the admission ticket for persons and vehicles, as well.
Once the rental fees are fully paid, you can start building up the stands as from 12:00 am.
You can start dismantling the stands having finished the BIS program on 12th June.
